一、 設備用途： 該設備在家電玻璃、燈飾玻璃和壓鑄工藝玻璃行業(yè)中廣泛應用，通過(guò)調整參數高精度地實(shí)現不同厚度玻璃的連續熱彎和壓鑄，提高生產(chǎn)效率，節省能源。其特點(diǎn)是：模具制作簡(jiǎn)單，轉型快，用電量小，效率高。

二、 原理、結構簡(jiǎn)介： 1、該設備的工作原理是：將模具擺好，放好玻璃，從進(jìn)料口入爐，從出料口出爐，即得到一爐標準的熱熔熱彎玻璃成品。 2、該設備分為：進(jìn)料區、加溫成型區和出料區，爐體采用鋼結構，爐內使用高檔保溫棉保溫磚等保溫系統保溫。采用微電腦溫控儀和可控硅調壓模塊控制整機的溫度，其動(dòng)力系統采用變頻調速。

1.加工玻璃參數：

a,燈飾玻璃：MAX700*700MM

b,熱熔玻璃：MAX450*450MM

c,玻璃馬賽克：常規大小均可。

2.設備尺寸: 外長(cháng)尺寸：長(cháng)40米×寬1.6米×高1.4米 爐內尺寸：寬1米×高150mm—380mm（高度隨烤彎玻璃調節）

3.運轉速度: 運轉速度：0.2—1.8米/分鐘, 速度可調節

4.設備功率: 設計功率：150KW（可調上溫區） 預留21KW（下加溫區） 合計：171KW（實(shí)用100KW）
